Long Island City is minutes from Midtown, which is the whole appeal — and it means we can arrive early without fighting a Manhattan load-in. Corporate offices here tend to be newer builds with real loading access and open floor plates, so setup is straightforward. Gallery and studio spaces are the opposite: freight-only, tight corners, and a service door around the back. We plan for whichever one you've got.
The rooftops are the draw. LIC has grown a skyline of its own, and events here trade on the view across the river. Company gatherings, brand activations, waterfront celebrations. We keep the bar compact so it doesn't block the sightline, and serve iced drinks that survive a warm evening outdoors with the sun coming off the glass.
